The video doesn't play properly. I see green vertical lines, yet audio is ok
Right-click on the video display, go to settings for Flash and make sure the hardware acceleration is NOT enabled.top
I am experiencing slowness and buffering when I view videos on the InterSystems Video Library.
If you experience an issue viewing Brightcove videos or using the Brightcove service, please ensure that your firewall is allowing access to Brightcove services.

"White Listing" gives a firewall a list of domains that it should consider known and safe. If the firewall is not letting our requests through, that is likely what is causing the problem.
